  • 2. Merchandise Availability

    • 2.1 All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute products of equivalent value without prior notice in the event the stated products are sold out.
    • 2.2 In the event that an item you have chosen becomes unavailable after you have confirmed your order, we will notify you via email.

  • 3. Product Information

    • 3.1 Every care has been taken to ensure that the photographic representation, description and specification of each product are accurate. However, while the reproduction of colours is a close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods may occur. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise.

  • 4. Order Policy

    • 4.1 You may place an order by registering for an account on the website. You must follow the instructions on the website as to how to make your order and for making changes to your prospective order before you submit it to the Site.
    • 4.2 Once you select a product that you wish to order, you will see the charges you must pay including GST, if applicable, and any applicable delivery charges. Unless otherwise stipulated on the website, all charges shown are in Singapore Dollars.
    • 4.3 At the time of ordering, our sales staff will get back to you on the stock availability before payment is made. We reserve the right to validate your payment details before providing you with the product.
    • 4.4 We shall not be obliged to supply the Product to you until we have accepted your Order. Your order is deemed acknowledged when you receive an Order Confirmation from us via email. In that Order Confirmation, we may give you an order number and details of the product you have ordered. We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies.
    • 4.5 We will ensure that the price given to you is accurate, but the price of your order will need to be validated by us as part of our acceptance procedure. If the price for the Order changes before we accept your Order, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the amended price.

    • 5.1 We do not accept any cancellation or modification after the order has been accepted, confirmed and delivered.
    • 5.2 Notwithstanding that the Order has been accepted and confirmed, we reserve the right to cancel the Order or any part thereof at any time without giving you any reasons. In the event of a cancellation, we will inform you via email and refund you accordingly without interest.

  • 10. Return & Exchange Policy

    • 10.1 You are strongly advised to check the Product purchased at the time of delivery. All Products leaving Fuji Bridex’s warehouse has been checked for quality and quantity accuracy.
    • 10.2 We do not offer monetary refunds for online purchases for defect products. Fuji Bridex will determine the reason of the defect. If the warranty applies, the product will be repaired or replaced. If the product is to be replaced and the product is no longer available, Fuji Bridex will substitute a comparable product that meets the function. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product. Warranty covers only manufacturing defects products and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, personal negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage and defects that have only insignificant effects on the value or serviceability or functionality of the product.

  • 11. Refund Policy

    • 11.1 If you are being charged more than the value of the Product you ordered, Fuji Bridex shall refund you the difference.
    • 11.2 Please note that it takes approximately 30 working days or less for a credit return to your card to be effective. Fuji Bridex shall not be liable for any damage loss or inconvenience of any form suffered whatsoever arising from any discrepancy.

    • 4. You may select the date and time of delivery when making an Order. The earliest delivery date will be 5 working days from the date of Order unless otherwise stated.
    • 5. All delivery shall take place on the date and time stipulated in the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to reschedule the date and time of delivery when a particular time slot becomes unavailable due to overwhelming demand. In this case we will contact you to arrange for an alternative time and/or date for delivery.
    • 6. No reservation of delivery date and/or time slot is allowed unless payment is made. Should you log out of your account without making payment, you do not hold the right to reserve the date or time slot which you have selected before.
    • 7. You should ensure that an authorized recipient is present during the selected date and time to receive the delivery and also to acknowledge receipt on Fuji Bridex Delivery Order.
